offers seven call-based technical support plans that are each
designed to meet specific needs.

Call-Based Technical Support Plans:
Start-up Support
This program
is designed for the Clarion novice who may have installation
and configuration questions.
Program
details:
- Free
of charge within 30 days of the purchase of
any SoftVelocity product
- Support
is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30
pm EST. Call 954-785-4556
- Eligible
topics are installation and configuration issues

Call-Based Support
This program
is designed for the developer who needs occasional advice
and prefers the flexibility of a per-call technical support
plan.
Program
details:
- Support
calls are charged $30 for every quarter hour
- All
calls are rounded up to the next 15 minute bloc
- Call-based
support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am

Prepaid Support
The SoftVelocity
Prepaid Support plan offers a cost-efficient alternative to
our call-based support for those who expect periodic need
for technical support over the course of 12 months.
Program
details:
- Prepaid
support is available in three-hour blocks
- Each
three-hour block costs $300
- All
prepaid blocks expire after one year
- Support
is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30

Silver Support
This is
a great plan for developers who require regular technical
support. Silver Support plan members are also entitled to
discounts on SoftVelocity education and merchandise.
Program details:
- Plan
includes 12 hours of technical support that is available
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 PM EST via telephone
at 954-785-4556
- A designated
support representative will be assigned to each Silver Support
Plan contact
- Ten
percent discount off all Clarion

- A $100
discount on any SoftVelocity educational course per
each named customer contact (ReportWriter class is

The Gold
Support Plan is designed for companies or development teams
who use Clarion for the majority of their projects.
Program
details:
- The
Gold Program includes 25 hours of toll-free support that
is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30
PM EST at 877-733-4555
- Includes
a $100 discount on any SoftVelocity educational course per
each named customer contact (ReportWriter class is excluded)
- Application
reviews that prove the methodology of completed programs Certificates of Approval state that the programs
meet SoftVelocity's minimum standards (There is a $65 per
hour fee for application reviews.)
- Ten
percent discount off all Clarion
training CDs
- Ten
percent discount off all VelocityWear.
- Ten
percent discount off all Web seminars
- Annually
renewable technical support contract costs $2700 per year

Platinum Program
The Platinum
Support Program offers additional support and benefits. This
plan includes extended support time as well as a number of
SoftVelocity discounts.

Platinum Program includes 45 hours of toll-free support
that is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to
5:30 PM EST at 877-733-4555
- Support
for client/server environment
- Three
application reviews that prove the methodology
of completed programs Certificates of Approval state
that the programs meet SoftVelocity's minimum standards (There is a $65 per hour fee for application reviews.
- Access
to the Beta program, which allows testing of all Beta products this program includes Team Velocity members, third
party developers, consultants and an elite group of partner-customers
- Access
to the restricted /Platinum newsgroup. This newsgroup is
monitored by SoftVelocity Technical Services members
- Ten
percent discount off all Clarion

The Partner
Program is ideal for organizations that want to take an active
