Free Electronic Support

SoftVelocity offers several electronic forums where Clarion developers can receive unlimited free support.

These forums are designed to help you obtain timely assistance from a variety of knowledgeable members of the Clarion community. A number of Clarion users regularly frequent these arenas to offer assistance and camaraderie to their peers.

These free services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We urge Clarion developers to take advantage of these complimentary services.

SoftVelocity's Product Newsgroups

SoftVelocity's internal news server offers newsgroups for all Clarion products. This is a great venue to exchange ideas with your peers while receiving assistance from SoftVelocity employees and Team SoftVelocity members.

It's easy to take get started with the newsgroups. Simply use any newsreader — Outlook Express, Netscape Collabra or FreeAgent — to log into news.softvelocity.com and subscribe to the topics that interest you.

Usenet Newsgroup — comp.lang.clarion

You can also participate in the Clarion Usenet newsgroup that is available on the Internet — comp.lang.clarion. Clarion programmers from around the world use this newsgroup to exchange ideas and techniques. SoftVelocity employees and Team SoftVelocity members also offer assistance in this newsgroup.

Log into your news server and subscribe to comp.lang.clarion. Contact your service provider if your news server doesn't carry the feed.
