Core Subscription Program (CSP)
SoftVelocity subscriptions give you access to the latest technology as it's tested and released. This includes upgrades to newer releases at no additional charge for as long as your subscription is active. Our Subscriptions provide you a 12 month window where all product updates and new releases are sent to you automatically. This includes product upgrades (major and minor), and access to betas in active development.
And your Core Subscription Program (CSP) guarantees that you will receive the next MAJOR upgrade — Clarion 9 — at no additional cost, you are guaranteed to receive at least one major upgrade during the subscription period, or the subscription is automatically extended to the date of the next major release.
Subscription Program Benefits:
- Core Product Upgrades
All major upgrade releases, dot release upgrades, and maintenance releases are covered by the CSP. New release notifications are sent automatically via email. Keeping a current Core Subscription will entitle you to receive all major and minor upgrades for 12 months. CSP subscribers are also guaranteed to receive at least one major upgrade during the subscription period, or the subscription is automatically extended to the date of the next major release.
- (New) Prior Clarion Version Updates and Hot fixes
Your subscription entitles you to receive all updates and hot fixes that SoftVelocity releases for prior Clarion versions.
- (New) Add-on Driver Upgrades
Your subscription includes coverage for any Add-on Drivers that you have purchased; Oracle, IPDS, IMDD and DFD. As long as you have an active subscription you’ll receive all major upgrade releases, dot release upgrades, and maintenance releases for any Add-on Driver that you own.
- (New) Add-on Templates and Application Broker SE Upgrades
Your subscription includes coverage for any Add-on Template sets that you own; Advanced Report Output Generators; PDF, HTML, XML and Text, Business Math, Graphing, ASP, PHP, and Application Broker SE. As long as you have an active subscription you’ll receive upgrade releases, dot release upgrades, and maintenance releases.
- Problem-Tracker Developer Support System
With this system you can submit incident reports and view the list of open, confirmed bugs. Subscribers can submit support incidents, be assigned a tracking number, and check the progress of these incidents with a support technician.
